Webster Single fusee skeleton Clock

A Victorian single fusee skeleton clock with passing strike sitting on it’s original marble base and under it’s original glass dome. Thick cast brass plates with 4 spoke wheelwork to a fusee 8 day duration movement with passing strike, so strikes just once on every/any hour on a cast bronze bell. This clock has the makers name or retailers name of “Webster” on a silvered plaque below. stands in all 17″ tall. Circa 1880.
